Isaiah 28:29 – “The plans God makes are wise, and they always succeed!”
Let us take a moment and reflect…how many times have we, in all of our wisdom, made plans that failed to materialise?
It’s challenging to remember all the plans I made on my own, without involving God, that succeeded.

We cannot see the future or how it will unfold. The best we can do is dream about the future and make efforts to reach that vision, but without God, how far can we truly go? Proverbs 19:21 says, “Many are the plans in a person’s heart, but it is the Lord’s purpose that prevails.” How true is this?
Who holds our future in His hands? God. If we surrender to Him and continually seek His guidance, trusting Him completely, we can have a successful life. It’s important to note that a successful life is not just about financial success; it’s more about fulfilling our life’s purpose.
The plans that God makes always succeed (Isaiah 28:29). Remember, God promised us in Jeremiah 29:11 that His plans and thoughts for us “are good, not evil, to bring us to our expected end.” We have our ideas of what we want our future to look like, but we will not effectively bring those expectations to life without involving God.
So, what should we do?
1. Leave our cares with God.
2. Present our plans to God.
3. Ask God for guidance.
4. Surrender to God’s wisdom.
5. Listen when He speaks.
6. Trust and follow His plans.
We must do all of these things because God desires to plan how to bring us to our expected end. The good news is that none of His plans fails! Hallelujah! 🙌🏼
