Being Mindful of Your Thoughts

There is a saying that goes: “You attract what is predominant in your mind.” Paraphrased, it means, “What you think about all the time ends up manifesting in your life.”

What do you think? Is it true or a myth? Based on my experiences and those of people around me, I firmly believe it is true—very true! It has taken a series of “tests” for me to reach this conclusion. On several occasions, I have witnessed some of the things I ponder and wish for come to life, sometimes even without any effort on my part.

For example, who I am today may be a result of the thoughts and imaginations I had as a child and as a young girl growing up. (I’ll leave that story for another time! 😜) Some might call it “answered prayers,” but the funny thing is that often, people don’t even pray for the things they have.

Is it magic? I don’t believe in magic, but even those who do will tell you that to get any results, there must be action involved. In the case of THOUGHTS, the primary action required for them to manifest is simply the act of THINKING. It amazes me. No wonder the Holy Book says that our thoughts shape who we are.

So, why am I writing about this? I am convinced that we are PRODUCTS OF OUR THOUGHTS, and we must be mindful of them at all times.

Look around you. Are things not working as you believe they should? Then please, take a moment to examine your THOUGHTS! Yes, your thoughts might be focused on that “evil person” you believe is working against your progress. (Tongue out 😜)

These manifestations are not magical; they are a part of what I call THE LAW OF NATURE/UNIVERSE. It works and can change your life starting today. The truth is that God Almighty has given us powers that we often overlook. This is one of those powers: the POWER OF THE MIND AND THOUGHTS.

The bottom line is:

What do you want? THINK ABOUT IT ALL THE TIME. (And, of course, support it with actions and efforts.)

What don’t you want? FORGET ABOUT IT COMPLETELY.

Focus your mind on the things you want instead of the things you don’t want.

It can be difficult sometimes because it seems that the human brain tends to focus on problems, as it functions by solving them. However, with dedication and constant awareness, the mind can be trained to remain focused on the good or at least learn how to turn bad situations into good ones.

I am glad I was inspired to share this with you today. I hope it positively impacts your life.

Shalom!
